Iker Casillas returned to the Porto starting XI but he could not claim the clean sheet

Iker Casillas returned to the Porto starting XI after a month and a half out of the team, but he could not claim the clean sheet he would have so desperately wanted.

Porto were taking on Portimonense in the Portuguese Cup and went ahead early on via Danilo Pereira, however the visiting side equalised on the half-hour mark when the ball fell to Wellington Carvalho, who turned it past a luckless Casillas.

Portimonense then took a shock lead in the second half, but Casillas’ teammates were able to turn the match around after Felipe Macedo was sent off for the Portimao-based side.

Vincent Aboubakar and Yacine Brahimi netted in stoppage time to pull off a dramatic comeback.
